Happy Holidays and Happy twenty
0:03
twenty four from iHeartRadio
0:05
podcast.
0:06
I'm Ashley Ike and Eddie of the Almost
0:08
Famous podcast, and my resolution,
0:11
I feel like might be weird, but it also
0:13
could be relatable.
0:14
I don't know.
0:15
I want to feel less guilty about moments
0:17
of rest. Sometimes I feel like whenever
0:20
I get to just take a breather, I shouldn't
0:22
be that. I should just be
0:25
constantly productive, And
0:27
I always feel guilty if I have my son
0:30
watch a little TV so I can just snuggle
0:33
with him. And then it's just like, those
0:35
moments are fine, they're
0:37
great, they're needed, and
0:40
you shouldn't feel guilty about them. You
0:42
don't always have to be go.
0:43
Go go.
0:45
I'm Ben Higgins from The Almost Famous
0:47
podcast. In my New Year's resolution
0:50
is to be in better shape
0:52
both mentally, physically, emotionally
0:55
and spiritually in when
0:57
I'm you know, thirty five and twenty
0:59
twenty than I've ever been in my life.
1:02
And I'm taking action on doing this.
1:04
There are some boundaries and some things in my life
1:07
that I'm working towards. I
1:09
think it's going to help me be a better
1:11
husband, maybe potentially one day
1:14
a better father, but also
1:16
just a better human for the
1:18
people around me.
1:20
Hi friends, Happy New Year. My name
1:22
is Sophia Bush. And my
1:25
New Year's resolution this year, oh
1:27
boy, it might be more of an
1:30
intention. This year,
1:32
I really had to
1:34
learn to take care of my health. I
1:36
think a lot of us have gone through that over the last
1:38
couple of years dealing with this global
1:41
pandemic, and I had
1:43
to learn to rest
1:46
and recuperate in a way that I never have before.
1:49
And interestingly, as that
1:51
lesson has come full circle for me, what
1:54
I really want to commit to in twenty
1:56
twenty four is taking
1:58
care of myself better so that I can
2:00
continue to show up as an
2:02
advocate for my community, because
2:05
I know that so many of us deserve
2:08
better than what we're getting in the world right now.
2:11
We're fighting back on a lot of
2:13
policy that is doing community
2:15
harm. We're trying to live
2:18
up to the democratic ideals
2:21
of this country, which is supposed to be
2:23
equal for you and me and everyone else.
2:26
And I think for me, the
2:30
real intention of this year is to
2:32
be both gentle and ferocious with
2:35
myself with my activism
2:38
and in the way that we can all stand
2:40
shoulder to shoulder to stand up for each
2:42
other. I hope you
2:45
are finding your way to your
2:47
intentions or resolutions, however
2:50
you like to classify them, and
2:53
I wish you all a happy, healthy
2:55
and safe New Year, sending you love.
2:57
Hey everybody, I'm t J Holmes,
3:00
I'm Amy Robots, and we of course are
3:02
from the Amy and TJ podcast,
3:05
and we are here now to talk about New Year's
3:07
resolutions.
3:08
What do you got?
3:09
Mine are very simple after the year I've had,
3:11
I would like to stay in a beautiful relationship
3:14
with you, TJ and keep this amazing
3:17
job.
3:18
And I.
3:21
We're down to the basics here.
3:22
Yeah.
3:22
I don't really make New Year's resolutions, but I
3:24
was told by the iHeart team that I still needed to record
3:27
this with you, So here I am, and
3:29
I resolve in the new year to be
3:32
nicer to the iHeart team when they tell me I have to do
3:34
stuff.
3:36
Hi, iHeart. It's Teddy Mellencamp and
3:38
my news resolution is I don't believe
3:41
in resolutions. If you want to make a lifestyle
3:43
change, you have to do it for live. It can't
3:45
be something you're going to plan for the
3:47
first week of the year and then give up on. So
3:50
I think you want to make a resolution, you
3:52
got to make the resolution to change your life, and it's
3:54
one day at a time.
3:55
Hi, iHeart, I am tamer Judge. And my
3:57
new Year's resolution is I'm spend
4:00
last time on my phone and be more present.
4:02
She is also a liar.
4:04
No, I'm not.
4:05
I'm not a big resolution person
4:07
because I feel like you set yourself up for disappointment.
4:10
Just live a good lifestyle. But yeah,
4:13
so that's you know, that's my I would say it's my goal
4:15
to spend less time on my phone
4:17
and be more present.
4:19
That's a good goal.
4:20
Hey, everybody, this is Brian Austin Green, Dona
4:22
Badges and Randy Spelling, and
4:24
we are the hosts of the Oldest Podcast
4:27
and our new year's resolution. Mine
4:29
is, Honestly, I think mine is
4:32
to just be as present as
4:34
possible, to really listen, to really appreciate
4:37
life, and to be present in every moment.
4:40
I love that.
4:40
That's a great one.
4:42
Yeah.
4:42
I'm usually not good with resolutions
4:44
because I feel if I've set myself a hordline
4:47
or a bob and I have to hit it and I end up
4:49
rebelling against it.
4:50
How about an intention?
4:52
An intention is the way I love to look at
4:54
this and my intentions
4:56
heading into twenty twenty four is
4:58
to live so with more
5:00
of a feeling of abundance and worthiness
5:03
in everything that I do, and take
5:05
more risks and trust that I can do
5:07
more.
5:07
Than I think.
5:08
That's great, Yes, absolutely
5:12
right, right. So mine is to
5:14
infuse creativity and
5:17
play into everything
5:19
that I do, because there
5:21
are parts of twenty twenty three that just
5:24
felt heavier and serious,
5:27
and while you know every moment can't
5:29
be play and laughter, I just noticed
5:32
for myself that the more creative
5:34
I am, the more that I approach a conversation
5:37
or a task that I have
5:40
to do with creativity,
5:43
I show up differently, I show up curious,
5:45
I show up open, and I see things
5:47
that I don't normally see. So I
5:50
know that that will be a win for me if I could
5:52
do more of that in twenty twenty four. That's
5:54
so good.
5:54
Great intentions, that's so good.
5:57
So happy new Year to everyone.
6:00
Yes, Happy new year everyone.
6:02
Yes, happy new year you guys. We hope you had
6:04
an amazing one and an amazing twenty twenty
6:06
four.
6:07
Okay, Hi, my name is Eric Winter, and my new
6:09
Year's resolution I have a couple.
6:11
One is to I want to.
6:12
Improve my overall health.
6:14
I'm really like dedicated to try and
6:17
figuring that out and
6:19
also spend more family time.
6:21
Hi.
6:22
I'm Prosetting Sanchez, and my new year's
6:24
resolution, similar to my husband,
6:26
is, I want to
6:29
try to cut sugar as
6:31
much as I can. I want to be
6:33
very healthy.
6:34
Hi.
6:34
I'm Shannon Doherty host that Let's Be Clear
6:36
podcast.
6:37
My new Year's resolution is
6:39
to absolutely live my
6:42
best life possible, to
6:45
be healthy, to love,
6:48
to embrace my friendships, to
6:50
save as many animals as
6:52
I possibly can, and to
6:55
help further spreading the word
6:58
about cancer, helping raise money for research
7:00
and just awareness in general. That's
7:04
my new year's resolution.
7:06
Hi.
7:06
I'm Scott Patterson from the I Am All
7:08
In podcast and my new year's
7:10
resolution is to donate more
7:13
time and more money to my favorite
7:15
causes. Happy New Year everyone,
7:18
and made the road rise up to meet you all
7:20
in twenty twenty four.
7:22
Hey guys, I'm Jackie, I'm Jen and
7:24
we are two Jersey Chase.
7:26
What's your new Year's resolution?
7:27
Jack?
7:28
Okay, my new year's resolution is to continue
7:31
surrounding myself with people
7:33
who make me feel good and
7:36
not surrounding myself with people
7:38
who don't make me feel good, and
7:40
you can read into that if you want. But
7:43
just want to be around people who bring me peace.
7:46
My new Year's resolution, when it's the same
7:48
as it was really last year, side
7:50
of the shallow ones I have, well, not really shallow, but
7:52
exercise more and eat more healthy, but
7:55
is to not be such a people pleaser. And
7:59
you know, in terms of what we
8:01
do, you're not supposed to be
8:03
right. You want to give your opinions, and you want to
8:05
give them in a way that is
8:08
strong, make no mistake about it. But
8:10
not just on the housewives. I mean,
8:12
I just I feel like I do sometimes
8:17
tell people what they want to hear, and
8:20
it certainly doesn't make for a great housewife.
8:22
I don't want to be mean. I don't want to say things in a
8:24
way that is that is nasty
8:26
and upsetting. But I do
8:28
feel like at times I just try to keep the peace.
8:31
And let's forget about do the housewives
8:34
for a moment, but in general, all right.
8:35
So jen's going to be a starter in twenty
8:38
twenty four, I can't wait for
8:40
it all right? Then,
8:42
then my resolution is not going to
8:44
vibe with yours, because I'm gonna have to stay away
8:46
from.
8:47
You I don't want to start. I do that like
8:49
be able to speak my mind in a way
8:51
that is respectful and authentic.
8:54
Okay, I like it, Yeah, I like
8:56
it all right.
8:57
Thanks guys, Happy New Year, Thank you so much.
8:59
Happy New Year.
9:00
Hey everybody.
9:00
Chris Harrison here, hosts of the most dramatic
9:03
podcast ever, wishing you a
9:05
very happy new year. The turning
9:07
of a page a new chapter. My new year's
9:10
resolution in twenty
9:12
twenty four to drink even
9:14
better wine, eat better food,
9:17
spend more time with the family. That is
9:19
my resolution. Sounds
9:21
like a good year.
9:22
Hey.
9:23
This is Jenna Ashkwitz from and That's
9:25
what You Really Miss podcast, and my goals
9:27
for twenty twenty four are
9:29
to read more, to have
9:32
a little bit more patience with myself,
9:35
and to be really mindful with my time. I
9:37
hope you all have a wonderful
9:39
holiday and a happy new year.
9:41
This is marisoul Patent from
9:44
I Port Forward podcast, and
9:46
my new year's resolution this year
9:49
is to be
9:51
an even more amazing wife than I already
9:53
am.
9:57
Man God that so.
9:58
I love my husband so much, and he's so good to
10:00
me, and he's so kind, and I always feel
10:02
like I'm just not as good as he is. I
10:04
want to be as good as his. I want to be better
10:06
because he deserves better. So
10:09
I got to work on that. You know, he likes
10:11
to go out and I never want to go out. I
10:13
can help you with that going on. I know you
10:15
go out every night. Yeah, you can help
10:17
me with that.
10:18
I make my husband very happy you
10:21
do.
10:21
It's okay. What's your neighbor's resolution.
10:23
I'm Alexi Dapola with I
10:26
Put Forward podcast, and
10:28
my New Year's resolution is, you
10:30
know, to dedicate time to my family
10:32
and friends, because I feel like a lot of times we
10:35
get lost, you know, and you know time
10:38
goes so quickly and then you just wake up
10:40
and you're like, oh my god, I haven't seen her talk to
10:42
his friend in such a long time or to a family member.
10:44
So my personal things are really about
10:46
family and friends.
10:47
They're really never like about me, like oh, get
10:49
on.
10:49
A diet or like weight.
10:51
You can do that anytime.
10:52
Run ten miles.
10:53
I'm gonna jump you and tell you you're an amazing
10:55
mother. You spend all your time
10:58
with your sons, you really do. I
11:00
don't know how you do everything and run the salon
11:02
and you make time for your friends too. You
11:05
call me all the time and talk and make
11:07
sure that we're connected. You're great at
11:09
all of that. You don't need to be any better than you are.
11:11
Thank you me.
11:12
You're a beautiful wife too.
11:14
You're so good to see me bring him
11:16
so much joy and happiness.
11:18
This is Rachel Levis from Rachel
11:20
gos Rogue. My New Year's resolution
11:23
is to take everything I've learned this year and
11:25
apply it to become the best version
11:28
of myself. I will continue to focus
11:30
on my mental well being and work to
11:32
destigmatize asking for help.
11:34
I intend to create an environment that allows
11:37
me to live with integrity, that
11:39
inspires creativity, and provides
11:42
a sense of serenity. I will
11:44
no longer enable others by harboring
11:46
the secrets I've been expected to keep.
11:49
I'm Daniel Fischel, I'm right or strong,
11:51
and I'm Wilfredell from Podmet's World.
11:53
Do you guys have any New Year's resolutions?
11:56
Such boring ones? They're just the most basic,
11:59
like exercise more, uh
12:01
huh, drink less, don't overeat
12:04
you know, like I'll just like the regular
12:06
ones. Yeah, I don't think I ever have like a
12:09
that interesting or unique of it. And it's
12:11
the same every year, right, It's always like basically, just.
12:13
Take better care, take better care of yourself.
12:15
Always it comes down to like, yeah, did I
12:18
trash my body in some capacity or didn't
12:20
exercise enough.
12:21
That's essentially mine too, But
12:23
I'm getting more specific with it this year,
12:26
like et no. For instance, in the first
12:28
six months of the year, I'm going to
12:30
get myself in the best shape I've ever been in my life.
12:33
That's that's a goal.
12:34
It's and it's going to be whether that means
12:36
hiring people to help me, getting a meal
12:39
plan, whatever I have to do to invest in
12:41
myself the first six months of the year,
12:43
I'm going to So I've already
12:45
made that plan. I've already started to put that plan into
12:47
action. So
12:50
hopefully that is and and all the things you said
12:52
go along with that. You know, I'm gonna do dry
12:54
January at least, and I'm hope I'm gonna
12:56
hope that actually extends to farther farther
12:58
than that, and yeah,
13:01
so kind of the same stuff like that. Yeah,
13:03
and I want to get my superpower. But that's always that's
13:05
sure year, that's my every year thing.
13:07
So this could be the one.
13:10
I like it, Danielle.
13:12
I usually I don't really call
13:14
them like resolutions. Of course they are
13:17
like going back, I had I found my notes from
13:19
like my twenty twenty goals. Okay,
13:21
uh my one of
13:23
my twenty twenty goals was that our
13:25
podcast would be successful.
13:27
Ooh hey, and
13:31
I like had things yeah, that.
13:33
Was when we were first talking about it.
13:34
First talking about it, I wrote, I just said podcast
13:36
successful. And then I
13:39
had things like I wanted to release five new
13:41
be Free products. So those were
13:43
some of like my professional goals
13:46
going into this next year. Last
13:49
year I was able to direct my first primetime
13:52
TV show, and last year one of
13:54
my goals was to direct for a channel
13:56
other than Disney Channel, not because I don't
13:58
love Disney Channel, but because as I just wanted
14:01
to expand my direction. I
14:03
was able to do that, so that this year I want
14:06
to do even more of those. There's
14:09
some be Free stuff that I want to do. I would
14:11
love to try and get be Free into a
14:14
store, so not you know, like a brick and
14:16
mortar store, so it's not just direct to consumer
14:18
and QVC. And
14:21
then personally, my real number
14:24
one personal goal for twenty twenty
14:26
four is for my marriage.
14:28
I finally feel like with Keaton
14:30
being you know, two and a half now
14:33
he'll be three next year, I
14:35
feel very much like I've come out
14:38
of the sort of fog that the first two
14:40
years of having two kids had me in, which
14:42
was very much like everything
14:45
revolved around all hands on children,
14:48
all hands on, hands on deck and Jensen
14:50
and I just kind of looked at each other and we were like,
14:52
love you, We're in this, but
14:55
exactly our relationship is
14:57
going to have to go to the wayside for
14:59
a little bit. And now I feel like
15:01
they're in. The kids are in a really good place. They're really
15:03
solid, We've got good routines down, they're
15:06
a little easier, and so this year I want
15:08
to make a priority to have
15:10
just as much of a focus on the health and
15:12
wellness of our marriage, and that involves having
15:14
a date night, whether that's night or day afternoon.
15:17
Sure, I just want to find more time
15:19
for us to do things together. So
15:23
a focus on my marriage and professionally
15:26
I've got I've got all kinds of things
15:28
that looking forward to. What do we let's
15:30
discuss a podcast full for
15:33
this next year. What do we think is that we've
15:35
already talked about that for twenty twenty four, we're
15:37
toning down some of the live shows.
15:40
Yep, there are just too many.
15:42
There were wonderful, we're them
15:45
down. Toning them down sounds like we're changing the tone
15:47
of the show.
15:48
Where wing down the number we're
15:50
doing less of them. Yeah, and so
15:52
what do we what are your what are your podcast goals?
15:55
What are your pod meets world goals for twenty
15:57
twenty four?
16:01
I mean, I always love the parts of the podcast that
16:03
I don't expect, you know, So I
16:05
would say, like I want I want to I
16:07
would like to move beyond
16:10
just recapping or just interviewing
16:12
and finding, you know, like when we did the drafts,
16:14
I thought that was super fun and like reinvigorated.
16:17
So I'd like to discover something something new
16:19
about this show or each other that you
16:21
know, we might not necessarily have
16:24
in our minds right now, that we haven't planned. I love the
16:26
like, the surprises are always the best part of
16:28
doing this podcast. So yeah, I love
16:30
forger surprises. So being
16:33
open to them, I guess is a resolution, right right, opening
16:35
new idea and trying different things and like
16:37
stretching a little bit.
16:39
Yeah, and instead of figuring out whether or not we want
16:41
to do it, because do we think it's going to go over
16:43
well, just being like, let's do it and see what happens.
16:45
Being accepting a failure in
16:47
the hopes of possibly finding gold.
16:49
I love that I'm
16:51
going to take yours cool.
16:53
Happy New Year to both.
16:54
Happy be New Year.
16:56
Hey, it's Bethany Frankel from Just b and
16:58
rewives New Year Resolutions.
17:01
Now.
17:02
I never make New Year's resolutions.
17:05
Last year I made a
17:07
resolution for the first time in
17:09
a long time that I would learn how to do my makeup.
17:12
I can't say it was necessarily just
17:14
a New Year's resolution, but it was something overall
17:17
that I really wanted to achieve. And
17:19
as a result of me trying to
17:22
do my own makeup because I was watching
17:24
makeup videos, I was also like
17:27
contemplating moving towards retiring
17:29
in some fashion, like really slowing
17:31
down. And that's when I started doing
17:34
just wacky videos using stuff
17:36
that was in my drawer that I didn't understand
17:38
or know what it was, or some makeup artists left
17:41
it and ended up comparing
17:43
it to drugstore stuff, and
17:46
just was playing around. I barely knew how to do I
17:48
didn't know how to actually post a post. I just
17:51
looked on the phone and figured out that you
17:53
could just post a post it. I
17:55
still don't know how to edit one, or make something
17:57
shorter, or put the end of something
17:59
in the I just post it,
18:02
And I don't know how to do any
18:04
other tricks or filters
18:07
or gimmicks or stuff. I just know how to post, which
18:09
is probably why people complain
18:11
about my lighting and my posts
18:14
or a train wreck. So I
18:16
guess having some version of a resolution
18:19
did lead to an entirely new
18:21
chapter as an accidental
18:23
influencer. So when asked
18:26
what my New Year's resolution is this year,
18:29
I struggle. In
18:31
many ways. I've already started my New
18:33
Year's resolution because I've
18:36
been stressed a bit lately
18:39
and noticed that the way I've been handling
18:41
myself has been a lot better, just being calm
18:43
like, not getting activated about it, and I
18:46
observe my own behavior and
18:48
commend my behavior. I would
18:50
also say to continue a
18:52
journey that I started somewhere maybe
18:55
halfway through twenty twenty three, with no
18:57
resolution in mind, that
19:01
not everything needed to be said, and that
19:03
it was easier and less stressful and
19:05
less activating to
19:07
just not only find
19:10
the positive, but just ask
19:13
questions about thought provoking
19:16
topics in a more positive
19:18
way. That you get more bees with
19:21
honey than you do with vinegar, and
19:24
that I have a daughter who I'm a role model
19:26
for, so I don't want to
19:28
get myself into drama
19:31
unnecessarily if it's really
19:33
not that important to me. I
19:35
think coming off of the Housewives, I was
19:38
so used to arguing for so long that
19:40
I got used to just being known and celebrated
19:44
for that, for the conflict,
19:46
for the snarky lines, for the one
19:49
liners, and spending a quarter
19:51
of my life on reality
19:53
television, I became trained
19:56
to kind of be in conflict
19:58
in some way, subconsciously or
20:00
consciously. And then one day
20:02
I just decided I didn't want
20:05
to be in conflict anymore. It just wasn't fun,
20:07
it wasn't positive, it wasn't enjoyable.
20:10
And it might be a quick hit for
20:12
something that you say that you may even really mean,
20:15
but it's not necessary.
20:18
Some things are necessary to say and some things
20:20
are not, and you have to pick your battles.
20:23
And my New Year's resolution
20:25
every year will be to
20:28
try less to sweat the small
20:30
stuff, and to try
20:32
to stay out of the weeds and to
20:35
empower and educate others
20:38
to be able to get into those weeds for
20:40
me and hope that they can handle it.
20:42
It is not easy to
20:44
deal with all my weeds, so
20:47
hopefully somebody can do.
20:49
It this year.
20:50
Hey guys, it's Jana Kramer from the wind
20:52
Down podcast on iHeartRadio. Well,
20:55
first and foremost, I just want to say happy
20:57
New Year's Happy twenty twenty
20:59
four. We're in a new year and
21:01
it's a new start. It's a fresh start for all
21:04
of us, and that's what I think is so exciting about
21:06
the new year. I know it can seem overwhelming,
21:09
especially with making those New Year's resolutions.
21:11
So here's something that I do that I think could also
21:13
be helpful for those that feel that overwhelmed
21:16
feeling of having a New Year's resolution and then going,
21:18
oh wait, what was it again, and not
21:20
sticking to it. So I read this book called
21:22
The Happiness Project, and basically
21:25
that book was every month, you
21:27
make a resolution or what you want to do different
21:29
that month. So maybe one month
21:31
is I'm going to stop swearing
21:33
as much. Maybe the next month is I'm going to
21:35
be more positive and not be so pessimistic.
21:38
I'm definitely going to add that one back in. Another
21:41
one is I'm just going to be happier
21:43
and not stressed. So my wish
21:45
for all of you this year is to
21:47
not only believe that it's going to be
21:50
an amazing new year for all of us, but
21:52
to go into the new year positive and
21:55
having that train of thought, because that's going to
21:57
be My biggest resolution for this year is to be
21:59
more positive, less pessimistic, more
22:02
half full than half empty. And
22:05
every month I'm going to set out an intention for that
22:07
month and really try to stick to it, and
22:09
I hope you guys do the same. So happy New Year.
22:11
Let this be the best new year for all of
22:13
us.
22:14
Hey everyone, I'm Dean.
22:16
Bell, I'm Caitlin Bell, and I'm Jared
22:18
Habn and we are the hosts of Help we
22:20
Suck at being newlyweds. My new Year's resolution
22:23
Jared this year is to just get super
22:25
buff.
22:26
I want to get as buff as I possibly can't.
22:28
My new year's resolution is to
22:32
meet new people, my new friends.
22:34
We're moving to a new city, so that.
22:36
Is my goal.
22:36
And my new year's resolution is
22:38
to make sure that this podcast goes on
22:41
into twenty twenty five.
22:42
That's probably the best one out there.
