Triggers or reminders of our past hurts are just that! They are not our current reality and should not be given too much attention. They do help us process our life experiences especially the emotion, but we should not dwell on them.
Shame is a killer, subtle and silent so it must be dealt with decisively.
Empathy allows us to see who the other person really is so we can be better placed to accept them and see how best to relate.
Planning yourself means that you absolutely prioritize you and make this your daily goal. This year, focus on you and what you want to achieve as you pace yourself through it.
Embracing yourself calls for a true knowledge of who you are at the core of your being. Only then, can you work with both your strengths and flaws to make meaning out of life.
Loving yourself is the beginning of loving others and healing any relationship. You have what it takes to love yourself and give you the best of what is available to you. This year, 2021, I sincerely desire that we all embrace loving ourselves
Taking a rest from all the struggles of life can be the hardest part but yet the most refreshing. Do it for yourself. Always!
Life is just life, so take it easy. You come first so take good care of you. Why worry when you can be at peace?
You are the highest priority in your healing journey. Make your healing a priority. You deserve to get the best of yourself.
We heal our relationships when we look inward and face the pain we feel deep inside. We may not want to do the work of facing the broken things in us but we should. It is the way out of our own disorder before we can engage healing the relation
