Confusing title, I know but these are what came to mind! 

Today (22 May) is International Day for Biological Diversity and on the 25th of May, National Wine Day is also coming up.

So I wanted to touch a bit about alcohol and the chemical reactions in our body. So much more to learn in this area and I'm looking forward to diving deeper and sharing more with you!
