The Healing on Empty Podcast is by C. Elisabetta focusing on the holistic approach to health, nutrition, lifestyle, autoimmune disease and whole wellness.

Christina lives with Lyme disease, Endometriosis, IBS and a fructose malabsorption. She has experienced a significant difference in healing with food, yoga and alternative health alone. As a former fitness instructor for YMCA and US Navy MWR as well as extensive education from Arizona State University. She is here to coach, support and spread the word on living a whole health life through her journey and the healing journey of many others.
