This is a Mindfulness Skill Exercise from DBT that simply helps you observe your thoughts come and go without judging them. I say "simply", but for some it may not be so simple. Give it a try and keep practicing. This is a new skill that you are learning, but if you can master it- it will help you in times of great distress or emotion overload.
