Raven is fantastic! This podcast is especially helpful to anyone working to heal themselves from that trauma that results from narcissists--which means it's probably good for just about everyone! Who doesn't have a narcissist in their life who has done a number on them? I love the different approaches Raven takes and her focus on self love.
