Attracting and retaining employees is a big goal of any successful career field. But the critical shortage of nurses is threatening the quality of healthcare in Indiana. The problem starts with a lack of faculty to train future nurses. An organization called "Spotlight on Nursing" is trying to address the critical shortage in many ways, including an event on October 11 to raise awareness and funds.
