Today we sat down with the incredibly resilient and soulful Thea Khama and discussed her life story, her beautiful autobiography and the lessons she has learned and taken through with her to this day to help her, not only in her personal life, but the countless lives as others that she practices as a Coach and Mentor.

Thea Khama is a California-born mixed heritage goddess living in Botswana with her husband, several dogs and cats and sometimes, her two grown children: Kaedi Sekgoma and Tahlia Naledi Khama. She loves to cycle, gym, swim, dance, cook, read, write and spend time alone and with friends in nature.

She works as a Professional Consciousness Coach and runs psychosocial support groups in her spare time. Privately, she is a regular meditator and prayer warrior and her network of friends extends around the globe.
