Tobias is a health and physique coach from Auckland New Zealand. Tobias specializes in creating body transformations through behavior change. Tobias holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Auckland, as well as first class honors in Neuroscience from the University of New South Wales. We discussed how to utilize behavior change and psychology to improve health and fitness outcomes. We also discussed how someone’s environment can contribute towards poor health and fitness outcomes.
