In this episode with Dr. Phelps, we discussed his new dental marketing book, 5 stages of the new patient cycle, the silent killer of most dental offices production and marketing ROI, and much more.

Dr. Phelps and I met at a dental networking event in Charlotte. Our conversation was pretty exciting because he is a dentist that understands marketing and the need to convert new patient leads. With Med Rank Interactive being a dental marketing agency, we both found that our tools, experiences, and passion to help the dental space is needed to help dentists grow their profitability and assist patients with their oral health.

Dr. Christopher Phelps is an entrepreneur and general dentist in Charlotte, NC. He is the host of the Dental Slang Podcast and an Amazon best-selling author of the book, Grow Your Dental Membership Plan.

In 2005, he launched the Phelps Institute, which today is dedicated to providing Dentists live patient experiences to go along with their didactic learning. In addition, Dr. Phelps’ Strategic Practice

coaching group works with Dentists on the business side of things to help Doctors

reach their goals and grow their practices.

In 2016 he launched Golden Goose Scheduling which has since become the premier new patient scheduling service for Dentists in the US and Canada.

Recently, he partnered up with Dental Membership Direct which is an online software tool to help Dentists create and manage in-house dental membership plans they offer to uninsured patients. Dr. Phelps is a Kolbe Certified Trainer and is also an expert in the Science of Influence and Ethical Persuasion.

He has studied under the Authority in this field, Dr. Robert Cialdini and was awarded the title: Cialdini Method Certified Trainer (CMCT).
