This is a brief introduction to our podcast. Dr Dana & I plan to cover healthy aging topics & inspire others to take charge of their own health/aging. As owners of medical spas our transition out of hospitals into healthy aging wasn't easy. We hope to share our personal journies & hopefully help our fellow colleagues avoid some common problems.
