Hear Myself Think is a participatory audio-monologue series inviting you to plug in your headphones and undertake a set of five simple activities in the company of five different characters.
As these newfound friends tidy, talk, sketch and walk alongside you, their comic and contemplative stories offer instruction, comfort and the restorative power of good company.
Developed through workshops with community mental health groups and leading mental health professionals, Hear Myself Think offers audiences intimate, bitesize opportunities for active engagement with their own wellbeing, on their own terms.
The series was written by Olly Gully and directed by Kaleya Baxe, created in partnership with Streatham Space Project, and is supported using public funds by Arts Council England.
Check back on June 2nd to hear the full series.
