Today I invited my girlfriend to join me to talk about being in a relationship while struggling with depression. We will touch on how I view the relationship and how she views the relationship. We will also be talking about how we both deal with my depressive episodes, and some tips and tricks that is helping us grow together. I hope this will help other couples grow together.
