In this episode I sat down with the wonderful Liz Costigan Fleury.

Liz is a Yoga teacher based in Dublin.  Among many other offerings, she hosts retreats, teaches studio classes, and is a public speaker.

It was an absolute pleasure chatting to Liz, she kindly slotted in some time for this chat into her busy day with her gorgeous twins.
