In this episode I had the pleasure of chatting to Emer Harrington who is a Yoga teacher based in Cork.  We had a great chat about transitioning to the online medium of teaching this year, and how she has adapted and thrived with her students to give them positive and beneficial experiences.

It was great to delve into the nuts and bolts of the practicalities for many teachers this year and how to shape the experience in ways that will be of value for all.
