This is the first episode in a new series of the podcast for 2020 and it was just a delight to chat to Manasi.

Manasi is a Yoga teacher based in Dublin, having traveled from India, through the states, the UK and the settling in Ireland.  She has a rich experience of embracing change in her life, going through all of the up’s and down’s and maintaining an attitude of positivity and hope throughout it all.
