C- Careful Consideration

1. Get a clear vision of what your goal looks and feels like.
2. Consider the cost of how to attain it.

A- Assess the Foundation

1. What stories, beliefs, or feelings may get in the way of you reaching your vision?
2. What do you need to address before you can truly CARE about that thing?

R- Reinforce the Structure

1. What type of support do you need to keep you on track to CARE? Who do you need?
2. What boundaries do you need to establish and enforce to get you to the goal?

E- Engage + Trust

1. What actions do you need to take to truly CARE?  Let’s Earn Your Stripes (EYS) and do the things!
2. Have you decided to trust the process and trust yourself?
