Social Justice is often  seen as an issue that aligns with the justice system and does not relate  to us in our every day lives. This is a common misconception.

Social  justice is about equity and diversity. If one person of a certain  demoninator lacks the right to vote, the party who is creating this  environment is probably creating similar environments at the work place  for people of certain denominators. Time to rethink how we are creating  equity with social justice even at the workplace and even in any  environment we lead or follow.
