Jami Fregeau is a neurodivergent nurse who goes by the name The Neurodivergent Nurse.

She's the host of an excellent podcast called The Neurodivergent Nurse, and runs one of my top favourite  ADHD instagram accounts, @theneurodivergentnurse.

Jami has a great brain in her skull and I fully dig how she approaches ADHD. 

I talk too much on this one and tried an experiment where I thought I might try to tell every guest the whole story and see what they have to say until eventually, someone would be like "OH! I know how to fix this".

 Upon reflection - definitely not gonna do that. , It'd get old real fast if it wasn't too much already,  and lesson learned about not speaking more than your guest.   It's a learning curve overhear at the Dang Lantern Podcast.
