In our fourth conversation around entrepreneurship, I had the pleasure of chatting with Joe Racamato, President and CoFounder of Silex Financial Group, LLC., a residential and commercial mortgage broker based in Northern NJ. 
Joe has the characteristics of a prizefighter.  He never gives up, willing to do whatever it takes to make the business run and be successful. He runs his company with lean overhead and a singular focus on meeting his clients’ needs. In fact, he started his business in the midst of the worst recession this country has seen since the Great Depression of the late 1920s-early 1930s.
What I continue to uncover in these conversations is like the other entrepreneur’s I have spoken to, Joe’s dedication to his customers, willingness to take risks and determination to overcome any and all obstacles is what sets him apart.
