Plot discussion

Day 1

• Boat on the open water is the scene of mass casualties
• CDC team of 3 investigate
• New character Dr. Kyle Sommer played by Matt Long
  
• Dr. Sarah Jordan played by Jordan Hayes
• Dr. Peter Farragut played by Neil Napier
• Coast Guard is supporting CDC investigation of Narvik outbreaks
• Yellow Cauliflower virus? What is it? It’s not Narvik.
• Lone boat survivor take the CDC team ashore to the island
• The island is 20 hours away from Seattle in Pacific Northwest
• Lone survivor is seeing things
• CDC finds bone field in the forest, all of the skulls have their teeth pulled out
• Sarah steps on a trap called a “Pungy trap”
• Sommer questions her about Alan’s past and the Paris bombing
• Sommer is Texan and carries a gun
• Lone survivor is killed and hung up in boatshed by someone
• The Compound / Abbey is home to a sect of people who grow their own food
• The cult says the island is not safe because of species of black bears
• The cult has generations of inhabitants looking to live away from the world
• New Character Brother Michael played by Stephen Webber
• The cult is very concerned with the meaning of words – friends, lovers, liars

Day 14601 – Thirty (or Forty Years Later)

• Julia arrives at the island by herself
• Masked man – Caleb
• “Do you know the way to San Jose?” question
• The boatshed is here
• Immortals are known to Caleb and he mistrusts them
• Immortals are dying – New virus on main land called TXM-7
• She is looking for Alan Farragut
• Caleb takes Julia to see Alan but “she may not like what she finds”
• The abbey is now destroyed and burned down
• Alan is dead? His gravestone is in the courtyard of the old Abbey
