Often times in black culture we brush off depression “It’s a sign of weakness.” IT IS NOT!!! There are many forms of depression and everyone’s depression is different.
This episode are just two best friends talking about how depression made us feel. How we handle depression and at times we are still dealing with it.
We are often afraid of being judge with having this disease but getting help and acknowledging that help is needed makes you strong. It starts with you.
