Devan Gann is the founder and CEO of Black Widow Web Design and Graphics. It is her job to connect new businesses with the digital media services they need, as well as create beautiful websites and graphics as a Digital Media Specialist. Her hope is to help new business owners get online and share their passion, their business, with the world in an affordable way. 

She is based in Chattanooga, TN, and is the single mother of a wonderful young boy. In her free time, she enjoys making music and singing, playing a good board game, or spending time around the water.
