Procrastination is the act of delaying or putting off tasks until the last minute, or past their deadline. Some researchers define procrastination as a "form of self-regulation failure characterized by the irrational delay of tasks despite potentially negative consequences.

In this Episode I covered:

  • Why we Procrastinate
  • The first step in order to stop procrastinating
  •  I covered DUST a simple method to identify why you may be procrastinating.
  • How to Tacke It

Difficult - You find the task too challenging, which may be due to a lack of con, a lack of skill, or both.

Unclear - The task is not clearly defined.

Scary - The biggest changes we want to make and the most exciting projects are often the most scary because we have a fear of failure.

Tedious - Let’s face it. Some tasks are just plain boring
