Well, a lot of truth rests in the phrase "the best-laid plans sometimes veer dramatically off-road" ... or something like that.

I'm so grateful you've stopped by my imaginary coffee shop, and I'm sorry we have so little to offer on the shelves today. Here's my confession: the remodeling & construction plans have completely waylaid me and there is no episode today.
