I found out Dec 2019 at 32 years old that I have ADHD. Suddenly it all made sense. I'd suspected it for some time but I wasn't hyperactive, so I had just dismissed it. I'll share how I feel ADHD was what led me to take the entrepreneurial career route and what I use to help focus my creativity.
