Growing up, Ella Gregg was that kid in the school yard that always had the best new music, the one who discovered the emerging artists that no one had ever heard of…yet. She followed her passion for new music discovery into managing a band at 18, a community manager on an artist community platform, then co-founding her business 321 Artists, an artist management and development company out of the UK.
