The coolest thing about this podcast is how week to week it can go from being about a very silly topic like swimming or video games to something very insightful like weight loss or grief. The fact that Gabrus is able to navigate that whole spectrum of emotion while always finding the joy/humour in a conversation with his guest is why I love this show so much. Never miss an episode.

jon is a delight and extremely well at engaging his guests and matching their energy. every epsidode covers a different topic so naturally theres topics I don't find interesting and yet I still end up enjoying the episode, purely cause of jon's contagious positivity and humor
