Welcome to HIgh HIgh Noon Sunday Podcast. HIgh NOON features cannabis educators and advocates. Our host, Siobhan Danger Darwish is a second-generation cannabis farmer. She and her family own Blessed Coast Farms and hold the first cannabis cultivation permit in the state of California. Blessed Coast Farm is located deep in the hills of Humboldt County where Darwish cultivates, creates and curates Grow Sisters Media. Grow Sister's content is focused on providing free cannabis cultivation educational media.

HIgh NOON Sunday celebrates the arrival spring in this podcast with Nat Pennington of The Humboldt Seed Company! This season The Grow Sisters and The Humboldt Seed Company have teamed up to provide you with the perfect Grow Your Own Garden genetic lineup.

Grow Your Own Trio seed packs :
ALL Seeds are Feminized Cannabis Seeds
Genetics:
Blueberry Muffin
Bigfoot Glue
Sol Mate Auto
Get your Pack at https://www.sistergrowyourown.com

The genetics in this pack were selected specifically for a well-rounded garden. From back yard deck gardens to a larger commercial cultivation site these genetics were chosen to bring a wide spectrum of terpenes and cannabinoids to one harvest. Each genetic is staggered in the harvest times for a fresh head stash all year. This seasons Grow Your Own pack includes Sol Mate Auto in the trio! Auto flowers are a relatively new phenomenon and can be a great option for a novice grower as they combine pretty much everything you’re looking for in a plant - feminized, and Indica dominant, and they are extremely forgiving. They’ll grow pretty much anywhere, and quickly.
We are very excited about Autoflower for the home grower. If you're a recreational user experimenting with growing your own, auto flowers are a great place to start. Get your Trio Seed Pack now https://www.sistergrowyourown.com

The Grow Sisters will be creating FREE cannabis cultivation educational videos focused on the genetics in the Grow Your Own Trio Pack. Learn more about The Sister, Grow Your Own Summer Project at https://www.thegrowsisters.com

High NOON Sundays Podcast, by Grow Sisters Media with Sidecar Tommy of Beats Antique

HIgh Noon Sunday Podcast hosts cannabis educators and advocates. Join us for this very special podcast with a friend near and dear to our hearts! In fact, that new dope intro song is by him! Yep, authentic opening beats by SideCar Tommmmmyyyy!! Welcome back everyone to High NOON Sundays! Tommy Cappel or Sidecar Tommy is beatmaker, drummer, and co-producer of the electro-gypsy trio known as Beats Antique  Using his 30 years of experience as a drummer, fusing with state of the art production tools, the original score is vast, raw, and properly sculpted for sound systems big or small, culminating in a collage of music that hits. With roots steeped in The Yard Dogs Road Show, the Extra Action Marching Band, Tommy Cappells solo work is where his listeners experience in beats, unfiltered. Tommy started learning about the healing aspects of cannabis when he moved to the Bay Area in the 90s and realized that cannabis could help minimize the debilitating epileptic seizures he had faced for over 20 years since he was 14. As more scientific research and stories on cannabis became available, he spent 15 years studying what strains help his seizures as well as express himself musically. As he found the right CBD & cannabis and combined it with prescribed pharmaceuticals (including Dilantin, Phenobarbital and finally Tegretol), he was able to stop his seizures for five years and in 2014 was able to completely stop taking pharmaceuticals with CBD, eating organic healthy foods, reducing sugar intake and using food grade Frankincense essential oil, among other things. Tommy now is an advocate for cannabis and wants to share his story to raise awareness about its medicinal benefits, empower others on their healing journeys, and encourage others to do their own research on how CBDs can work alongside existing meds or as alternatives to prescription drugs. During this very sweet podcast, Siobhan Danger and Sidecar Tommy do some time travel then touch on current social events, aliens, how the band Beats Antique come to be, and what the band has evolved into after 14 years of creation! Tommy speaks to fellow artiest about his experience as a band member to a massively popular band while also producing his own music. In this touching podcast, Tommy shares his healing journey with cannabis and how it has been instrumental in helping ease his epilepsy. From the heart, this conversation acts as a direct reflection from what Tommy has been living with each day of his life and our current situation living through a global pandemic. Acknowledging that every single human is in line thinking of the same thing: what is important to each of us.
