In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Oscar Klassen as a guest on the show, Oscar is the CEO of Jawstech, Inc.

Oscar lives in Aberdeen, Idaho. Oscar is a young CEO looking to keep improving and pushing the limits on what he believes is possible. 

Helping people with their manufacturing needs specifically in the additive manufacturing space with superior technology and software over their competitors. Focused on lead time, Customer Service, and Cost.  Oscar Co-founded Jawstech in 2017.

Oscar shares with us the importance of utilizing technology to differentiate yourself in whatever space you are in.  Oscar is a front runner in his space by developing a software whereby potential clients can get a very accurate online quote for their 3D manufacturing projects.

Oscar goes on to tell us that finding the right people has been his key to success.  And his responsibilities as the CEO is to ensure that they are trained, proper expectations set and are properly motivated. 

Oscar also tells us how it is just as important to say NO to, as it is important to say YES to.  A company must stay focused on their core mission and vision and not chase squirrels.
