When I first started solo episodes, I found it difficult to "free-flow" the recording. I over prepped for them and they ended up way too scripted for my liking. 

In this episode, I shared about why it was difficult for me to free-flow the recordings at the beginning, and how I managed to learn to do so more fluently along the way.
