Aoife Clarke is the Director of Communications at the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU), and she speaks candidly about the differences and commonalities between competing at the top level in the men's and women's games, as well as her plans to grow the support for women's rugby into the future.


A recent new mother, Aoife also chats about how she accepted a pivotal career move whilst on maternity leave, how she navigated this and balanced being a new mother with her career progression.
