On today’s episode I had the pleasure of hosting Allie Wagner and Patricia Nawacki. Two coaches who founded the Awakened Chicks, LLC.

Their mission is to provide the best information to help folks make the most informed decisions for their health. What I love about their approach is their incorporation of financial health into overall health.

About them:

For over 10 years, Allie has been passionate about helping others combat physical, mental, and spiritual health issues.

During her time in college, she worked alongside doctors and nurses in hospitals as an intern to help others and learn. She also dedicated time to volunteer and raise money for cancer research. It didn’t take long until Allie realized the health care system is broken. People weren’t going to get healthier under the current system. This motivated her to earn her degree from UC San Diego in Public Law and Political Science.

After college, Allie earned her professional designations in finance by passing her Series 7 and Series 66, With a deep understanding of the political and financial world, she thrived working as a financial advisor helping high net worth clients. Allie realized that many clients had little understanding of financial health which oftentimes led them to poor financial choices that can be hard to recover from. She easily saw how finances are a component in physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Patricia knew she wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to constantly be learning about the human body and most importantly, to pursue a career that allowed her to help people on a daily basis. That’s why she decided to earn a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

As she practiced her career in nursing, Patricia realized that the current health care system doesn’t look for the root cause of the ailments of patients. The current way of helping people overcome their disease and ailments just wasn’t working. Even though the system wasn’t working, Patricia still had a passion for truly helping people. That is why she decided to become a health coach and start treating the whole person.

Both Allie Wagner and Patricia Nawacki believe in the application of science, history, and common sense to achieve optimal human health. It is also why they decided to co-found Awakened Chicks, LLC.
