Welcome back to another episode of the HFW Community Coffee Chat. This week, I am sharing with you what my labour and delivery of my eldest daughter taught me about pushing through to give birth. 

This episode serves as a reminder that even though the labour might seem long and painful, ultimately you will give birth to something or someone and you will step into your purpose. 

In this episode, I share the upcoming Live Vision Board Workshops in January 2023. Bringing back the live workshops has been a work in progress due to the pandemic and we are excited to be bringing these back. Tickets will be going live on Monday 14th November 2023.
