Do you know what a "Party Line" is? Back in the 1950s, many people down in the hills of West Virginia had a "Party Line" telephone. What this meant was that you shared the telephone line with 1, 2, or 3 neighbors. If you picked up the phone to make a call and they were on it talking, it was customary for you to hang up and wait until the line was free.  The Resident Storyteller gives you a funny story about what she and her brother did to the neighbor who talked on their line when they were 1st and 2nd Graders, and what happened to them.
