This is an amazing tool that I developed after (many times) hitting the wall and crashing (overwhelm and exhaustion) and thinking, "Huh. I did NOT see that coming!". It's brings in math and a visual way of looking at what our output is in an area (emotional, mental, physical) and what our input is. It's kinda mind-blowing, very effective and a tool to be used lavishly when approaching a crash or when anything changes and we need to adjust our self-care routines. Enjoy!
