Holy Rest

Do you ever wonder: how do I actually walk with God? Me too. Our hearts long for the presence and voice of our Creator, and if we don't have regular rhythms of being with God, it's hard to know where to begin. Going to church, praying, and reading the Bible are great, but if you're anything like me, they often leave you exhausted from trying to force a word from the Lord and just wanting more. In this podcast I explore contemplative practices within the Christian faith and other ways of connecting with God that are not based on checklists or shame. I want to rediscover the heart of God, not just by reading about it but by walking with the Spirit and knowing who They called me to be. I don't have all of the answers, but together, we might just pause long enough to hear a word of truth. So let's take a breath, find a quiet space, and experience holy rest with God.
