Jose Butto looks legit, and his strong performance against AL Cy Young-hopeful Cole Ragans should lock him into the rotation for the foreseeable future. There’s also good stuff happening in the minors (shout out Dominic Hamel), but Jonah Tong is stealing the show with absolutely insane performances for St. Lucie.
