Home Within is a nurturing space dedicated to the journey of returning home to ourselves. We explore topics like embracing our ancestors, body-based healing, inner child healing, mindfulness, and other trauma-informed practices. We also discuss self-decolonization, aligning with the natural rhythms of Mother Earth and Grandma Moon, reclaiming our sensual and sexual selves, queerness, celebrating love in all of its forms, and more.
