Let's be honest. Now more than ever we are feeling, seeing, hearing and sensing far more than meets the eye. We are picking up on the energies of others, the collective, and the planet and coming to the realization that we are all inherently connected. What can often happen, and I know through my own experience, is that this sensitivity can lead to empathy and when we don't have the right tools or context for what is happening we can become incredibly disempowered and even drained. What I also find is we can limit ourselves when we identify as an empath based on outdated resources or lack of tangible tools way can apply to our life.  So, this episode of the HYA podcast explores the energy of empathy through my own personal journey, tips for turning your sensitivities into your greatest strengths and inspiring ways you can empower your empathy to enhance the quality of your life right now.
