When Anastasia Adams agreed to be the first guest on the Chicks Crushing It Podcast, I knew that listeners were in for a treat. Anastasia and I met virtually via Skype while I was living and working remotely for The Neuroleadership Institute in New Zealand. We eventually had the opportunity to work side by side when I moved to Sydney in early 2017. She is a mentor, advisor, supporter and most importantly a friend.
