Greetings dear listener! Thanks for turning your ipods, smart phones and computers to this station for another edition of Hooks & Stone, the show where we share a beer with an interesting person and make them answer our ridiculous questions.
This week we talked with acclaimed comedienne, Emma Haney. We also drank a german-style pilsner from San Luis Obispo brewery, Tap It - for no other reason than I liked the bottle.
It’s called continuum - it’s brewed with Saaz hops, which is a "noble" variety of hops, named for the Czech city of Žatec. This hop is used extensively in Bohemia. It's a 5% alcohol by volume and 32.7 on the bitterness scale.
E-mail us with your beer suggestions at [email protected] and check back in next week for another exciting interview and another tasty beer. Thanks for listening!
