This week Malcolm takes us through Nehemiah 3, where the people of Israel are rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. At first glance it just looks like a list of names, but actually highlights how God uses everyone if they choose to participate. We are all called now to serve God and those around us; alongside other Christians - we just need to say 'yes, Yes, YES!'.

In the book of Nehemiah we find the city of David, Jerusalem, in ruins. In lots of ways it was due to failings over many years, of the people of God, to trust, follow and serve Him. Even after God continually draws them back to him; is patient, slow to anger and abounding in love, they persist in their sin and find themselves and their city in ruins. But God is about a great work of restoration, in their lives and in our lives today.
