One of the fastest growing addiction problems is computer/game/iPhone addiction, particularly among younger people.  The same pleasure centers of the brain light up from excessive gaming as they do for the use of alcohol and drugs.  These computer games are so fun, colorful, and splashy that it makes the real world seem dull and makes them very enticing.
