Cocktail Concoction: The Slaughtered Lamb

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the following:

2oz Bourbon

.25oz Triple sec

.25oz Absinthe

1 dash Peychaud’s bitters

Stir for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass

Garnish with lemon peel
