Where we work….our environment…can be a major factor in determining our productivity and overall success. Finding the right office space can be a challenge – and finding a suitable workspace when you are traveling can be even more difficult.
That’s where Multipass comes in. They offer an ecosystem of innovative spaces in locations across the country - and they are actively growing. While each location has its own unique style or culture – they all share 4 main values in common: community, diversity, sustainability, and wellness.
Today we speak with co-founders Christian Johnson and Sarah Schlafly about what led them to create such a unique venture and what the future holds for innovative spaces.
Christian Johnson
Christian Johnson is the co-founder of MultiPass, an Ecosystem of Innovative Spaces. He turned his passion for urban innovation, smart cities, and workplace design into a thriving company. Johnson is a US Army veteran, former St. Louis police officer, and community leader. Prior to MultiPass he founded Serving with the Badge, a non-profit dedicated to building relationships between police and the community. In 2016, St. Louis Business Journal selected Johnson for the 30 Under 30 Award.
Sarah Schlafly
Sarah Schlafly is the co-founder of MultiPass, an Ecosystem of Innovative Spaces. She developed the four pillars from which MultiPass’ Innovative Spaces are selected. These pillars are Community, Diversity, Sustainability, and Wellness, and they are all values she is passionate about fostering on both a micro and macro level.
After working briefly as an accountant, Schlafly started her first company at the age of 23. She went on to build the digital marketing department for a national food brand. Now she works full-time for MultiPass, operating out of St. Louis.
