Our guest this week is Orcadian storyteller Tom Muir.
Tom was born on a small farm by the sea on the Orkney Mainland and now works as an engagement officer the Orkney Museum.He has published many books on Orkneys history and stories and as a storyteller he has performed in many countries, from Newfoundland and Greenland in the north to Slovenia and Hong Kong in the south, as well as all over Scotland, Scandinavia and Europe. He is a founder member and president of the Orcadian Story Trust, which runs the annual Orkney Storytelling Festival.
