Caroline Buchanan is a 3 x BMX and 5 x mountain bike world champion, dual Olympic athlete and most recently the first female to successfully nail a double front flip on a mountain bike. But after a horrific accident left her with bleeding around her heart, collapsed lungs and a broken sternum there was a period in Caroline’s life where she thought she'd never get on a bike again.
