By focusing on heart leadership and intentional culture building, they’ve quadrupled in size, drastically reduced turnover, increased profitability, and completed two physical moves. They now operate out of a 40,000-square-foot building which also houses their newest venture - an event venue called Social Capitol. Their sister company, MIBE (an acronym for Make It Better Everyday), provides leadership and culture education for the hospitality industry.
