Not everyone will have the 'Paul' encounter in finding God or building a relationship with him. Some of us have to make the first move of accepting him and yearning for Him for Him to show up in our lives. Remember, He has already made the first move of sending His son to die for us, plus so many preachers have already preached... So he has already made the initial moves. At some point, we need to desire God for Him to show up the way we want... And even more.
